About Me

My fascination with film production began at a young age. According to my mother, growing up I would find every opportunity to get my hands on her camera. At the age of 11, I was gifted my first camcorder. I used it at every opportunity, creating short films with my friends and even bringing it to the grocery store to film— because in my mind everything has a story.

Growing up in a small farm town in southern Illinois, I never thought that filmmaking would be in my cards, no matter how badly I wanted it to be. It was unheard of for someone in my hometown to pursue this field for a career.

However, when I took my first communications course in college, my professor gave me enough confidence to realize that this could be my career and not just my hobby.
I decided to pursue my passions and switched my major that day, starting out on a journey that eventually brought me to Biola University in Southern California, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in film production. I’ve had the opportunity to work on film sets, along with independent projects in numerous roles.
